Now that you are getting up at the time you want here are some best practices.

1. Keep the Zap as low as you can for as long as you can. It is possible to build a tolerance to the Zap.

2. Don't depend on the Zap to wake you up. Train yourself to wake up with the Beep and Vibrate before the Zap hits. In a few months your brain will wake you at the time you want on its own.

3. Schedule One day a week to sleep in to catch up on your sleep debt if you are still going to bed late. If you are going to bed earlier this shouldn't be an issue.
