Red, Yellow, Blinking Light Meaning for Pavlok and Shock Clock Devices
Shock Clock 3 and Pavlok 3
Generation 3 Devices feature a set of LEDs above the buttons.
These lights report various conditions and events.
Below are the most important indicators:

Soft Reset Worked:
Soft Reset Procedure:
Plug in the USB charging cable.
Press the middle button for 10 seconds.
Indicators:
All lights turn on: Green (constant), Yellow and Red (flashing) for 3 seconds with continuous vibration then a flashing yellow light from bottom to top.
Meaning:
Soft Reset worked.
Encryption keys are removed.
iOS devices may need fo Forget Device to reconnect.

iOS Pairing Problem:
Indicators:
Single Green flash.
Two Yellow flashes.
Single Red flash.
or
Two all-yellow flashes followed
Three Red flashes
Meaning:
Bluetooth pairing issue with iOS.
Solution:
Go to Bluetooth menu in iOS Settings.
Tap the 'i' icon next to your device.
Select "Forget Device" and re-pair.

Low Battery:
Indicators:
Red LED flashes three times periodically.
Meaning:
Battery level is low.
Solution:
Recharge soon.

Clock not set:
Indicators:
Two quick double flashes of the Red LED.
Followed by a long Red flash.
Meaning:
Clock is not set.
Solution:
Reconnect with the app to restore clock and alarms.

Indicators:
Red LED: Snap is charging.
Yellow LEDs: Animate during snap.
Green LED: Flashes if charge was successfully delivered.
Note:
If Green LED doesn't flash, adjust position or tighten wristband.

Shock Clock 2 and Pavlok 2
"I'm trying to charge my Pavlok 2 and the battery blinks red twice, then a 2 second red light then dim to bright yellow light and then repeats these steps. Any idea what's going on? "
That pattern blinks when the device has been completely depleted of battery - it just shows that it needs to be paired with the app again to re-sync with the time zone.

Lightning Bolt Button:
Snooze: 1 press (5-minute duration).
Turn off Alarm: Hold for 5 seconds.
Indicators:
Blink Red every 15 seconds
Meaning:
Device is In Snooze Mode
Charging:
Procedure:
Charge via the Micro-USB port using the included USB cord.
Plug one end into the Shock Clock, the other into a computer's USB port or USB wall charger.
Indicators:
Red pulse: Charging.
Solid Yellow: Fully charged.
The Green LED at the top will be lit up. (Gen 3 Only)
if you plug in the device and it is fully charged.
