Press any button. If the screen remains blank, charge the device using any USB-C power source.
Download the Pavlok App:
Connect to the app to set your time zone and more. Regular connection to the app ensures accurate timekeeping and updates.
Here's a brief overview of what you can do with your Shock Clock Max:
Time Display:
Various formats and options.
Alarms:
Multiple alarms with different stimuli.
Timers & Stopwatch:
Useful time tracking tools.
Sleep Tracking:
Including Heart Sate monitoring.
Nap Assist:
Helps you nap for a specific length of time.
Steps Counter:
Tracks your steps with a step counter.

With white and night vision options.
Airplane Mode:
Saves power by silencing the radio.
Stimuli:
Any combination of vibe, beep, zap, and tune, with level control.

Pro Tip 1:
Ensure you have all the stimuli turned on for your Alarm.
That way you train your brain
to wake up to the Vibe or Beep
before the Zap hits.
This prevents your Body from building a tolerance to the Zap.
