Ring tone goes off in when in the button configuration screen and i press the top button. also plays through headphones when connected.
D, I've not seen this issue before, when this guy goes to configure his buttons initially it plays the find my phone music really loud and he cannot turn it off and it also comes through his headphones for some reason but I think that's a Samsung thing.
We went through multiple options in the app including the find my phone area which he had not even opened and could not find a way to configure the buttons differently where that did not occur every single time he pressed the top button.I had him delete the app and run his alarms through the web tool for now and I'm going to send him a replacement.
He thinks it's the phone but got to find out right. It is a shock clock 3.
