Yes, the device comes with a one-year manufacturer warranty and a 6 month return policy.

Manufacturer's Warranty:
Pavlok warranties our products against any manufacturer's defects for 1 year from the date of original purchase. This warranty does not extend to 3rd party resellers, and is only offered on Pavlok products sold by Pavlok or an authorized Pavlok reseller**. If there is a defect with your Pavlok product, Pavlok will either repair or replace the defective product at no expense to the customer, including shipping costs for replacement of the defective item. Customer disassembly or tampering with a Pavlok device will immediately void the manufacturer's warranty. Returned products that show obvious signs of water damage or misuse/abuse will be ineligible for warranty coverage.

Return Policy:

Pavlok products are covered by a 6 month money back guarantee.

This guarantee does not extend to 3rd party resellers (Amazon, eBay, gifted devices, etc.). You may return Pavlok for any reason within 6 months of purchase date for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. Pavlok does not charge a restocking fee.

If your Pavlok is returned damaged (beyond normal wear), Pavlok reserves the right to refuse a refund or issue a partial refund based on the level of damage to the returned product.
Examples of damage include (but are not limited to) corrosion, water damage (Pavlok 2 and Shock Clock 2 are not waterproof or water resistant), obvious signs of abuse, or user disassembly of the Pavlok unit (which will immediately void the manufacturer's warranty).
