Replacement for Amazon Purchase

If your Amazon purchased device is within the Warranty Period we will replace your Pavlok.

Please message support via the Pavlok app under

Menu-->Help--> “Contact our Support team”

Attach a screenshot of your order confirmation email

that includes the following important information:

1. Order Number

2. Reseller

3. Date ordered

4. Your Identifying info

so that we can look into a replacement.
