| How do I make my Pavlok vibrate when my phone is ringing |

| Really Really need the ability to set my shock watch 2 to trigger with incoming calls / text messages . Please . I am part of a Hazmat Response Team and my career field Is Industrial Ammonia Refrigeration - I am on call 24/7. This would help tremendously and maybe even help save lives , property & the environment. Thank you for your time |

| hello, im a physician and i often get calls in the middle of the night that wake me and my spouse up but i only want them to wake me up is there a way to pair the watch with an iphone so calls go off i think there would be a decent sized market for that |

| I dont need chat support I just wanted to give you guys an idea for future updates. This watch could have an amazing feature for us heavy sleepers that have jobs that require on call status. If the shock watch could link to the phone and vibrate/ shock when the phone rings it would be a God send. Thanks for listening. July 27 2023 |

| I love the Pavlok pro 3 it works as intended, but I have a suggestion for a feature, I’m on call, and would like the zap to go off while I’m sleeping and have a incoming call. |

| Is there any way to tie alarms to a phone call? I'm a utility worker and I can sleep through just about anything but my pavlok and was wondering if I could have it zap me if a specific number calls for emergency calls. |

| Hey this is just a comment not a concern. I am on call for work it would be nice to be able to link this device to incoming phone calls to help not miss calls during the night. Just a feature that would be very helpful to many I’m sure |

As of now, the zap for phone calls/SMS is not yet available in the new app. This feature is currently in development and is expected to be available by mid-2025. Our dedicated software team is diligently working on incorporating this functionality in the upcoming updates. "Just a curiosity, is there a posibility of an integration between the pavlok app and say receiving calls or texts? To possibly get a notification from the unit for an emergent call or text that may not wake up a heavy sleeper... Just a thought I was curious about."

"If I was able to link emergency alerts to shock that would be great. I am a professional firefighter that doesn't hear the tones go off at night when we get a call sometimes. So if there was an option to link emergency alerts to set the watch off that would be good."
