Just moved and I'm trying to recommit to some better habits (exercise and what not) now that my family and I are settled. I have a 2.5 year old son and I can't use a traditional alarm clock anymore because it will wake him up.

Also my newborn sleeps in the same room and it's nice having something that wakes me up rather than waking up everyone but me.

need to work out early early bc of kids and i'm not a morning person so i'm a snooze button person. wife does despises the snooze. so figured this is perfect
