| My adhd was getting worse and I just accepted that tools were the answer instead of doing it on my own because I was not getting optimal results I wasted a lot of time figuring that out on my own |
| You are in the right tribe. The Founder has ADHD. I have ADHD and more than a few other members of the team have it. |
| I need a product that I can shock myself manually, or something like that. I'd like to have a way that checks if I did it where I can answer yes or no, and shocks accordingly. |
| I can wake up on my own but I use alarms to remind me to get back on task |
| Does the Pavlok help you with the ADHD? |
| Yes in two ways. |
| I get up early and also the ADHD one. I use the shock more than anything because it forces me to pay attention to it. Keeps me on track. I use it throughout the day to keep me doing activities. I also like the shock in the morning and the smart alarm that won't let me get away with going back to sleep. I always use shock and always at 100%. |
