Ive slept through my alarms recently. An explosion could go off right next to me and I'd still be fast asleep, and I need to fix the habit of going to sleep late so I'm not late for work anymore

It's pretty tough to control the time our body wants to sleep. It kinda just happens.

What we found works is to make sure you get up on time at the same time atleast 6 days week.

(Plus one catchup day).

The first few days are brutal but then your body is so tired you sleep earlier.
