| I love the hand detection feature of Pavlok and have just ordered a second one so I can wear them on both hands. Here’s my question: Is there any way to “train” or somehow adjust the detection so it doesn’t respond when my hands are like mouth-level? Or maybe make the time delay a little longer? The reason I ask is it’s going off when I take a bite of food or blow my nose. And I wear them to stop pulling my hair. It’s fine if there’s not a way to do this, it’s ok. I still am grateful |

| Yes, Where ever the device is when you turn on Hand Detect is what the device considers a safe zone. |
Someone reached out having a bit of trouble getting the hand raise detection to work, is there a certain trick to it that I can share with the new user?
Make sure they have set the arm and side of wrist properly where it is being worn (and that unit is in normal orientation). They should ensure no version of DoNotDisturb is on too (not sure if that is a released feature or not)
If it works and stops working, there is also a “snooze” feature built in that they may be initiating.
