My device won’t even turn on this is the replacement that you guys sent me & it doesn’t even turn on. I tried resetting it holding the middle button for longer than 30s & still nothing. When I first unboxed it & turned it on the zap feature didn’t work. So I hard reset it & now it doesn’t even turn on….
