USER STORY:

I can't log in and when I send for a password reset it says it sent an email but I've checked and tried multiple times but have nothing

Yes I've checked spam and refreshed it

WEBSITE LOGIN DIFFERENT FROM APP EMAIL:

USER:

"But I can't login on the app even though I've created an account"

PAVLOK:

What's the error message that you're getting?

USER:

It says \"there's no account associated with that e-mail\"

PAVLOK:

Just to confirm, you created an account on the Pavlok app, but when you try to log in using the same credentials, an error message appears, right?

USER:

No I've created an account online on the website and when I try to login on the app it doesn't work

PAVLOK:

I see. You need to create an entirely new account on the Pavlok app.

USER:
