Quit Smoking, Quit Nicotine

Using Pavlok to Quit Smoking Nicotine is simple:

  1. Open the Palvok App to the Stop Watch.

  2. For 5 minutes, create a “zap” at the same time you take a drag from your cigarette.

  3. Do this for 5 days in a row

  4. If you still have the desire to smoke, just make sure to zap yourself.

After doing the steps above, you’ll notice something magical take place.

Have you ever drank way too much tequila, only to find yourself nauseated at the smell or thought a few days later? This is very similar. Not only will quitting be much easier, but you’ll find yourself losing all desire to smoke.

I know the phrase “zap” sounds scary, but don’t worry, Pavlok’s “zap” is more like being shocked by static electricity or snapping yourself with a rubber band. You also have control over the intensity of the device.
