Stop Negative Thoughts Process - πŸ”† - πŸ”΄

Zap yourself when you catch yourself having a negative thought.

Also set a Timer to Zap yourself every two hours from the time you wake up say 8 am to the time you go to sleep say 10 pm.

You can set that up using the Stopwatch/Timer feature of the Pavlok app.

Access stopwatch by going to Menu--> Device status--> Timer & Stopwatch.

You can customize the Timer or Stopwatch to zap you at certain time intervals.

This is an example, customize it to whatever works for you.
