My adhd was getting worse and I just accepted that tools were the answer instead of doing it on my own because I was not getting optimal results

I wasted a lot of time figuring that out on my own

You are in the right tribe. The Founder has ADHD. I have ADHD and more than a few other members of the team have it.

I need a product that I can shock myself manually, or something like that. I'd like to have a way that checks if I did it where I can answer yes or no, and shocks accordingly.

I can wake up on my own but I use alarms to remind me to get back on task
To answer your question, I have a hard time sticking with time frames, and emotional regulation, which negatively effects consistency

Does the Pavlok help you with the ADHD?

Yes in two ways.
1. I set messages to my self as Alarms like "Turn off all data at 8:30 pm"
2. I set timers using the pavlok app and i log what im doing everytime it goes off. Sometimes i don't hear the timer and it zaps me.

I get up early and also the ADHD one. I use the shock more than anything because it forces me to pay attention to it. Keeps me on track. I use it throughout the day to keep me doing activities. I also like the shock in the morning and the smart alarm that won't let me get away with going back to sleep. I always use shock and always at 100%.

Don't sweat it if I don't hit you back right away

– I'll definitely circle back to you after

I've had a chance to check my messages.

And yes, I read every single one.
