You can buy the Locking Band here:
If you pop the cover up, you should see two little slots on the outside edges of the inner part. The two prong of the key slip into those slots to unlock it. Does that help? (Maybe they should include a diagram....)

My only request from you guys is...so with my IH I start to outsmart myself and there have been more and more days lately where I at some point will wake up with the watch next to me in bed. I will have zero knowledge of taking it off. (This kind of thing is standard practice with IH) I want you to build into the watch some kind of latching system that is extremely difficult to undo or has so many steps in undoing it that I will actually be awake by the time I have undone it all. If it takes long enough to get it off I might actually be conscious and not just take it off. But those days that I don't do that...man, you guys are literal life savers because if I can't wake up, I can't work and if I can't work I cannot afford to live. I love you guys, your product and now your company. Thank you from this sleepy, struggling but happy lady.

I have unintentionally removed the device a few times while asleep, even with the strap lock. I came up with the idea of using zip ties, as shown in the photo, and now I use one each night. It helps, but I believe it would be beneficial to improve the design to prevent unintentional removal.
