"When I am putting a side it is vibrating"

The hand detection feature of your device is disabled, correct?
To check the hand detection, on the Pavlok app, please go to Menu> Device Status> Hand Raise Detection

"That feature is on"

It is intended to help you break bad habits such as smoking, nail biting, and hair pulling by detecting when your hand is near your face.

Depending on the stimulus you choose, it will activate a zap, vibrate, or beep.

To avoid random vibrations, please turn it off when not in use.
