To Stop Negative Thought Process
Zap yourself every two hours from 8 am to 10 pm.
You can set that up using the Stopwatch/Timer feature of the Pavlok app.
Access stopwatch by going to Menu--> Device status--> Timer & Stopwatch.
You can customize the Timer or Stopwatch to zap you at certain time intervals.
