"Curious, what can you control from the Apple Watch app?

I'm most interested in the mindfulness aspect of the Pavlok but when I'm at work I can't have my iPhone with or even near me for about 10 of the 12 hour shift. Would I still get Pavlok notification if I was using it with my watch but my iPhone was not nearby?"

As of right now we don't have a lot of ppl that are requesting control from the Apple Watch so it is very low priority.

Notifications come from your phone via bluetooth so your phone would need to be nearby for it to work.
