What I REALLY want the Pavlok app to do is monitor when I'm using major time-sink apps that I want to use less, like Twitter & other social media, give me a vibrate reminder every 10 minutes of use, then a shock every 30 minutes, where it escalates the more I use it. So after the first half hour of the day I get 1 shock at 30%, but by the time we're at 3 hours for the day it's 3 shocks at 80%, or something similar. Bonus points if it can track multiple apps separately, & log the time per day, provide reports & trends, pop-up on-screen reminders "You have used Twitter for 2.5 hours today - what important to-dos have you completed today?"

It goes to a shared Pavlok Chat room that both Coach Jam Man and I check often.

If you are not in the US or Canada you can submit a "Feature Request" in the Pavlok App at the very bottom of the side bar, under your Profile Picture.

I read every single message and I organize it into a wiki which we add to our Challengers for the Feature vs. Feature Elections.

What are Feature vs. Feature Elections?
