If your Pavlok is no longer zapping please try the Scissor Test.

What you are looking for is that the Green LED at the top stays lit for one second after zap discharge.

You can see that the first two button presses did not work because i was not pressing hard enough.

This "Scissor Test" allows you to test if the device is zapping properly.

It confirms whether or not the device was actually administering a zap. It also tests the zap % level.

Please submit a bug report form within the app so we can see what is actually being delivered.
