Is this whole thing a Scam? Can't I just use a rubber band?
We could fool people for a year, maybe two.
But we've been around for 7 years, manufacture 250+ units a day and have a team of 35+ people and growing.
To be conservative let's say we sell 100 units a day and 1% of them break. That's 1 unit a day, which is 30 units a month.
If all of those people complain in reviews instead of reaching out to our support team by...
