So the Key with Jumping Jacks is to keep your arms as out stretched as possible.

No chicken wing arms. The Pavlok has to travel all the way up and all the way down in a full arc to know that you are doing jumping jacks.

Also please don't set it to something nuts like 50 jumping jacks.

Ten should be more that enough to wake you up. ;)
