If a firmware update is available, you will be prompted to update your firmware when you log into the app for the first time.

If a firmware update becomes available at a later time, you will see a firmware update banner at the top of the screen in the app - simply tap the banner to update the firmware.

You can also see if an update is available in app settings.

HOW TO UPDATE FIRMWARE

Open Pavlok App

On the Home Screen

Look at the bottom right
Tap "More"

Tap “Device Settings”
Tap on "Diagnostics"

Check Firmware is 6.6.7 or higher, If not then,

Tap on Update Firmware

! - Update may take up to 3 minutes

Note:

Searching for devices may pop up

No devices found may pop up

Searching for devices may pop up again

A few seconds later it may pair automatically
