DISCONNECTING AT NIGHT

Hello I recently purchased a Pavlok 3 Pro but have been having continuous issues with Bluetooth disconnecting in the middle of the night. I've had to go through deleting the connection from my phone to reconnect it almost every night since I purchased it.

Hello, my pavlok2 disconnected from the app overnight and now I can't get it to pair at all. It keeps reading "device disconnected, attempting to re-pair" and "Bluetooth disconnected" even though everything is on and all necessary permissions have been given.

The watch will disconnect and not be able to connect like once a week.

Also the device disconnects from my phone several times a day with Bluetooth on. It's a great device, can these be fixed?

PAVLOK:
It's normal for the Pavlok to unpair overnight or during periods of inactivity to preserve phone and device battery life. Features like the alarm and sleep-tracking continue to function even when the Pavlok isn't paired.

To verify this, you can conduct a test by setting a 5-minute alarm and then unpairing your Pavlok from the app. This will demonstrate that the alarm will still activate as expected.

Sometimes this is caused by your phone going into a power saving mode or Sleep Mode of some sort which turns off the Bluetooth Connection. Don't use that Power saving feature. This doesn't affect the alarms, as they're stored in memory on the Pavlok device not the phone. You can also exclude the Pavlok App from the Power Saving Feature if your phone allows it.

"Oh so maybe my phone is going into sleep mode then"

"Ok the watch and app has been working great I realized after talking to you that my phone had the app optimized so it was putting the connection to the watch to sleep I changed setting and it is working flawlessly"

PAVLOK:
You can only pair one Pavlok Device to the App at a time.
The Alarms are saved onto the Device not the phone.
