Preparation:

1. Turn off all other bluetooth devices in the Area

- Turn off bluetooth on all local phones and computers they often interefere with your device's ability to see other Bluetooth devices.

2. Forget Pavlok from your current phone's Bluetooth menu.

Process:

1. Open the Pavlok app and click on the shape with a lightning bolt inside it, located at the top right of the app.

2. Tap "Start Pairing" and wait for the app to start scanning for available devices.

3. Choose your Pavlok device from the list. Your device will vibrate twice when it is successfully paired.

4. Congratulations! You have successfully paired your Pavlok device with the app.
