Covered by a 6-month money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. You may return the device for any reason within this period, provided that:

  • The device is in good working condition

  • There is no physical damage (e.g., water damage, cracks, internal corrosion)

Warranty
Covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover:

  • Accidental or physical damage

  • Water damage

  • Unauthorized modifications or misuse

  • Lost or stolen devices

Return and refund requests are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Warranty

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover:

  • Accidental or physical damage

Pavlok 3 and Shock Clock 3 Subscription/Rental Devices

  • This is a monthly subscription, not a payment plan toward ownership.

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime by returning the device, or purchase it outright for $99.

  • Monthly rental fees are non-refundable, as each charge covers that month's use.

  • Devices under active subscriptions are covered by warranty for the duration of the subscription.

Pavlok Accessories

Eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, provided that:

Warranty
Accessories are covered by a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:

  • All lifetime, yearly, and monthly subscription purchases are non-refundable.

  • Canceling stops future charges but does not result in a refund for the current or past billing periods.

Pavlok Extended Warranty

  • Non-refundable, even if the device is returned or the coverage is unused.

  • Coverage begins immediately upon purchase and cannot be transferred or resold.

  • Valid for the original device only and follows the same terms as the standard warranty (manufacturing defects only).

Shipping and Returns

  • US Customers: We provide a prepaid return label.

  • International Customers: We are unable to provide prepaid return labels or reimburse return shipping costs, but you may send returns to our US or Canadian return addresses.
