- This is a monthly subscription, not a payment plan toward ownership. 
- You can cancel your subscription anytime by returning the device, or purchase it outright for $99. 
- Monthly rental fees are non-refundable, as each charge covers that month's use. 
- Devices under active subscriptions are covered by warranty for the duration of the subscription. 
Pavlok Accessories
(e.g., bands, chargers, clips, etc.)

Pavlok AI Coach & Pavlok Plus (Lifetime, Yearly, and Monthly Subscriptions)
- All lifetime, yearly, and monthly subscription purchases are non-refundable. 
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. 
- Canceling stops future charges but does not result in a refund for the current or past billing periods. 
Pavlok Extended Warranty
- Non-refundable, even if the device is returned or the coverage is unused. 
- Coverage begins immediately upon purchase and cannot be transferred or resold. 
- Valid for the original device only and follows the same terms as the standard warranty (manufacturing defects only). 
Shipping and Returns
- US Customers: We provide a prepaid return label. 
- International Customers: We are unable to provide prepaid return labels or reimburse return shipping costs, but you may send returns to our US or Canadian return addresses.
