Monthly rental fees are non-refundable, as each charge covers that month's use.
Devices under active subscriptions are covered by warranty for the duration of the subscription.

All lifetime, yearly, and monthly subscription purchases are non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
Canceling stops future charges but does not result in a refund for the current or past billing periods.
Pavlok Extended Warranty
Non-refundable, even if the device is returned or the coverage is unused.
Coverage begins immediately upon purchase and cannot be transferred or resold.
Valid for the original device only and follows the same terms as the standard warranty (manufacturing defects only).
Shipping and Returns
US Customers: We provide a prepaid return label.
International Customers: We are unable to provide prepaid return labels or reimburse return shipping costs, but you may send returns to our US or Canadian return addresses.
