PAVLOK STORY:

This is usually caused by your phone going into a power saving mode of some sort which turns off the Bluetooth Connection. Don't use that Power saving feature.

You can also exclude the Pavlok App from the Power Saving Feature if your phone allows it.

USER STORY:

The watch will disconnect and not be able to connect like once a week.
