Try these Remedies in this order if you cannot pair your device or other issues:

A.) Check that you Firmware is at-least 6.6.5 or higher.

How?
1. Open the Pavlok App to the Home Screen
2. Click on Profile Circle at Top Left of the Pavlok App.
3. Click on Settings and more.
4. Look for Firmware.
5. If it's lower than 6.6.5 go to Step E.

Firmware is the basic software that runs only on your Pavlok Device.

B.) Check that your App Version is 1.2.0 or higher for iOS and 1.5.0 for Android.

How?
1. Open the Pavlok App to the Home Screen
2. Click on Profile Circle at Top Left of the Pavlok App.

3. Click on Settings and more.
4. Scroll to the Bottom
5. Look for "Build Version"

6. If it's lower than 1.2.0 or higher for iOS and 1.5.0 for Android go to Step E.

C.) Force-close the Pavlok app then ReOpen and Reconnect.


D.) Delete the existing Bluetooth connection in iOS / Android Settings and Reconnect

E.) Delete the Pavlok app, Redownload it, and Reconnect


F.) Delete / forget current WiFi network in your Mobile Operating System settings screen and reconnect.


G.) Restart your phone and try connecting again.


H.) Plug in your Device and Factory-reset
How?

1. Hold the middle button until you feel a long vibrate and see red LEDs (15-20s) - then keep holding the button until it stops vibrating.

I.) Borrow another type of Smart Phone from someone you know and Start from the Top.

Pairing is inconsistent on Android Phones because there are so many different Brands - Deon Don

Pavlok supports all Android phones except:

  • Samsung Galaxy A10 phones and A-Series Tablets.
    (because they don’t have adequate Bluetooth low energy support)

  • Samsung J7 and J-3 2018 Version.
