2. Go to Pavlok App and Orders Status & Support
Download The Pavlok App from the App Store look for "Pavlok".

Open the Pavlok App and Click on your Profile Pic.

Scroll all the way to the bottom.

Click on "Orders Status & Support" or something very close to that.
Click Send us a Message

Type in your email as the first thing into the chat.
That way if we get cutoff we can email you.

Then Tell us what you need Support with.
